- Complete and clear understating of cross geographical industry practices and necessary statutory compliances concerning various HR processes across geographies
- Policy Development: Review HR policies & procedures and formulate new/revised HR policies & procedures in close collaboration with the HR CoE teams, legal etc. Continually assess the adequacy of existing HR policies to meet the emerging workforce and the organization needs
- Ensures research, and evaluation is conducted on the regulations, rules, policies and procedures available in comparable organisations, and develops procedures and guidelines in consultation with relevant stakeholders, ensuring consistency with the organization’s priorities, legislative framework, management objectives, in order to support the CoE teams and promote efficiency and effectiveness in HR practices
- Ensure that the HRMS is up & running with timely updates & enhancements. Responsible for all kinds of analytics & reporting arising from the data in the system
- Maintain a repository of all employee documents on the HRMS system and tracking processes such as onboarding/offboarding on the system to ensure compliance to the company standard timelines
- Accountable for managing the system’s business requirements, design, and sustaining the technical/data/process elements of deploying all HR Projects.
- Strategic HR Planning Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
- Design and develop customized solutions, and create/present collaterals to leadership teams (CXOs and Business Heads).
- Prior experience in a centralized, standardized HR operations team is highly desirable
- 8+ years of experience working in and managing People operations/ HR Shared services and HR technology.
- In Depth Knowledge of Indian labour laws. Knowledge of cross geographical labour laws would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, listening
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills with a proven ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy and manage operations teams.
- Knowledge of HRMS would be an added advantage
- Advanced Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to build partnerships with CXOs, Leadership, Human Resources, allied functions
