You will lead the Uniqlo HR team in workforce planning, performance management, compensation and benefits, industrial relations, HRIS, and international assignments. You will also work closely with the key stakeholders to formulate and review HR policies and drive key HR initiatives. In addition, you will support the business partners in HR matters and ensure the provision of quality HR advice and services.

  • Performance Appraisal and HR Operations
  • Manage the HR team’s performance appraisal
  • Manage the day-to-day HR operations

HR Shared Services

  • Oversee and direct payroll procedures, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and payroll tax obligations
  • Supervise and coach payroll team.
  • Management of Compensation and Benefits (C&B), such as gathering market C&B data, salary review, bonus, and Company’s overall benefits
  • Ensure timely review of yearly insurance schemes
  • Ensure HR policies and SOP are regularly reviewed
  • Ensure good mobility and expats management

HR Weekly/Monthly Reports

  • Handles / Manage the HR Weekly/Monthly Reports (Staff Turnover, HC, HR Ops matters)

Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • Liaise with TA team on recruitment and retention matters
  • Ensure timely and efficient work pass matters
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing a team
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience as an HR generalist/partner role specially in Payroll, preferably in the retail/service industry
  • Degree in HR Management/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • IHRP-CP/SP certified is preferred
  • Subject matter expert in Compensation and Benefits, Regulatory Requirements, Employment Act and Industrial Relations
  • Ability to handle issues with tact and diplomacy and exhibit integrity and professionalism at all times
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop the team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities
  • Fast learner, with high adaptability, good interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
