We are looking for a HR Operations Manager who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, providing leadership, coaching and guidance to HR Advisors and the Shared Services Team
• Lead the HR Advisors in handling employee casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and sickness
• Lead the Shared Services Team to provide a right first time administration service to all stakeholders within agreed service level agreements
• Drive the implementation of projects generated from within the operations team, being considerate of impact and resource required
• Support the development and continuous improvement of policies and lead and participate in team projects
• Contribute to and deliver the People & Culture strategy to facilitate the achievement of business objectives

• CIPD Diploma level 7 qualified, with comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• Significant generalist HR experience in the private sector with a strategic mindset
• Experience of managing HR Operations or Shared Services team
• Strong interpersonal skills, a competent communicator and assertive influencer
• Exceptional organisational skills with proven leadership capabilities
• Ability to be analytical with the necessary focus on delivering business objectives
• Ability to support change management processes, whilst positively promoting the benefits of business analysis
