We are looking for a HR Operations Manager who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day HR operations, providing leadership, coaching and guidance to HR Advisors and the Shared Services Team
- Lead the HR Advisors in handling employee casework, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and sickness
- Lead the Shared Services Team to provide a right first time administration service to all stakeholders within agreed service level agreements
- Drive the implementation of projects generated from within the operations team, being considerate of impact and resource required
- Support the development and continuous improvement of policies and lead and participate in team projects
- Contribute to and deliver the People & Culture strategy to facilitate the achievement of business objectives
- CIPD Diploma level 7 qualified, with comprehensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
- Significant generalist HR experience in the private sector with a strategic mindset
- Experience of managing HR Operations or Shared Services team
- Strong interpersonal skills, a competent communicator and assertive influencer
- Exceptional organisational skills with proven leadership capabilities
- Ability to be analytical with the necessary focus on delivering business objectives
- Ability to support change management processes, whilst positively promoting the benefits of business analysis
