• Ensure process compliance and effective Service Delivery for all the centralized HR processes in the Shared Services – Hiring to Exit within agreed SLAs
• Ensure effective Benefits’ Management – Insurance, Flexi Benefits, Etc.
• Ensure System availability for HR Processes
• Progressively Automate HR Processes for quality and speed of delivery thru a Scale up model of SSC

Employee Data Management

• Custodian of Employee Data – Maintain and ensure availability of accurate Employee Data and MIS thru SAP
• Provide for Data Analytics to various HR Teams for Decision Making
