As the HR Services Manager, you will lead and manage the HR Services team to deliver efficient and effective HR operations, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. You will oversee HR ticketing systems, employee inquiries, HR processes, and employee lifecycle management. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvements, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the strategic goals of the firm.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • HR Ticketing System Management: Oversee and manage the HR ticketing system to ensure timely responses to employee queries, track performance, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • HR Operations: Manage all aspects of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, and HR compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including Payroll, IT, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure seamless HR support across the business.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular reports on HR service performance metrics, employee satisfaction, and system usage. Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and support the company’s goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for senior management and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role within a fast-paced, professional environment, ideally in financial services or retail.
  • HR Systems: Strong experience using HR ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, ZenDesk) for managing employee requests and queries.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, develop, and manage a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organisation.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • HR Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with HR software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
