As an HR Shared Services Manager you manage Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, HR administration and systems. In this role you report to Regional Director of Shared Services for the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Leading a team of 4 direct reports and 40 indirect reports.
- Setting up an HR Shared Service model for the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Coordinating projects for integration and implementation of systems and processes.
- Ensuring efficient and compliant payroll administration that takes into account the diversity of collective labor agreements.
- Oversee compensation and benefits. Critically important is ensuring the quality of payroll administrations and aligning compensation practices between different legal entities.
- Supervising employee insurance, especially pension schemes in various sectors.
- Ensure alignment of business rules and policies between different legal entities.
- Professionalizing processes in the field of HR administration and systems and ensuring uniformity.
- Building relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Strong background in remuneration and benefits, with knowledge of employee insurance and pensions.
- Proven experience in managing a large team and driving improvements in payroll processes.
- Excellent communication skills, with a candid, fact-oriented approach.
- Effective people management skills.
- Insight into potential wage issues and the possibility to implement improvements.
- Ability to manage multiple entities within a unified system.
- Minimum 10 years of experience
