This role provides leadership to HR Client Services, HCM Administration and Benefits Management team and ensures delivery of services to all JDI businesses to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Drive high performance and service excellence, coaching and developing team members
- Own processes and ensure Service Level Agreement and customer satisfaction surveys meet targets. Lead continuous improvement efforts to improve business results.
- Act as primary contact with all JDI businesses on service delivery
- Maintain Services Offering catalog and 3 Year Road Map for HR Service Delivery including automation roadmap
- Own Business Continuity Process including planning, documentation and training
- Ensure delivery of excellent benefits services including new employee enrollment, annual re-enrollment process, KPI’s
- Ownership of benefits education for JDI employees, best practice approaches, annual calendar and continuous improvement
- Liaison with other JDI functions as required to support service delivery (Payroll, Finance, etc.)
- External benchmarking to support improvement of all ownership areas
Education & Skills
- Post secondary education
- 5+ Years experience in leadership roles
- Strong daily management and process management skills, ability to effectively manage operations
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with task automation an asset
- Customer focused with a strong sense of urgency, able to manage multiple priorities
- Experience in leading service organization an asset
