To be the Manager of Administration, Services, Processes, and Human Resources Systems, with a comprehensive focus on managing the life cycle of employees, from their hiring to their retirement (“Hire to Retire”). This includes the management of hiring, movements, changes, disabilities and terminations, as well as the responsibility of leading projects to implement new technologies in the HR field.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of Human Resources (People Services) services from start to finish (End-to-End), ensuring compliance with the company’s operational and regulatory standards.
- Provide advice and support to internal clients within the organization, ensuring an efficient service experience aligned with corporate policies. Supervise, analyze and optimize Human Resources processes and systems, ensuring data integrity and the secure handling of confidential employee information. Support in the management of openings, closings, compensation cycles and key strategic projects for the company’s operation.
- Manage roles and permissions in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring the system is properly configured and aligned with business needs. Work closely with COEs, IT, Compensation, and Product to maintain platform operability and integrity.
- Lead the implementation of advanced technology to optimize Human Resources processes, including Generative Artificial Intelligence tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and new platforms such as Copilot to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Manage a team of more than 50 people, promoting their development in technical and functional skills. Design and present advanced dashboards for strategic decision making, providing key insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, industrial engineering or related fields.
- +5 years of experience in Shared Services Centers (HR Shared services) / implementation and management of HR systems, knowledge in payroll processes, personnel administration or similar.
- Experience in leadership roles and team management.
- Technical knowledge in HR management systems, data analysis tools and BI.
- Advanced English (Essential)
