A leading shared services and private equity firm is looking for an Information Security Operations Manager to report to the CISO and to lead a team of security operations analysts and engineers while being responsible for building/maintaining security programs.

• Execute/maintain security monitoring/response, event handling, and other related programs
• Oversee Security Operations team while also working with external SOC provider
• Manage security events including monitoring/validation and response
• Lead threat hunting efforts and program
• Oversee incident response framework and overall maturity of security operations procedures
• Vulnerability management/remediation
• Metrics reporting and presentation for key security operations metrics
• Management of direct reports including coaching and performance management

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Infosec or related
• 8+ years’ experience in security operations with experience building and managing a Security Operations Center
• Experience with Microsoft 0365 and azure; multi cloud environment experience preferred
• Information security certifications such as CISSP or related
• Understanding of key security frameworks such as ISO270001, CIS, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team
