CereCore is seeking an Information Technology Director (Direct Hire) to join our client on site in Southern Georgia.
The Information Technology Director will manage the IT Department and direct the Hospital’s information technology (IT) operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support service and all Information Technology related projects.
- Leads development and implementation processes for IT systems and department.
- Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
- Ensures that IT and network infrastructure adequately support the Hospital’s computing, data processing, and communications needs.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field and at least one year of clinical experience
- Preferred Master Degree (MBA), 5 or more years’ clinical experience and MEDITECH applications experience
- Background in healthcare IT security
- Knowledge of medical terminology
