Corporate Finance is positioned as a shared service center under Sakura International Holding. Part of the work is carried out by the affiliates (operating companies) and another part is carried out at corporate level. The Controller/Senior Reporting Specialist is responsible for the corporate finance activities of the Royal Talens Group and supports the activities for recording the real estate and trademark rights that are housed in various legal entities in the Netherlands, Switzerland and Denmark. The group consists of 3 (inter)national branches with factories and distribution centers and 11 (inter)national sales offices from which worldwide sales are supported.

• Monthly consolidation and compilation of financial and management reports;
• Complete, correct and timely processing in accordance with the guidelines;
• Consolidation of P&L, balance sheet and cash flow;
• Updating the groups accounting manual;
• Interpret and analyze monthly reports from the affiliates;
• Taking care of the interim audit and year-end closing in collaboration with the group;
• Switching and intervening with the affiliate controllers;
• Implementing corporate and local transfer pricing policy and ESG directives;
• Support of various certified business processes;
• Timely processing of new legislation and regulations.

• A completed HBO/WO education in business economics/accountancy or similar;
• Extensive experience in self-administration (including closing), reporting, tax aspects and analyzing the results;
• Experience with group consolidations and reporting;
• Knowledge of key user JDEdwards and Lucanet;
• You have an affinity with Power BI;
• Excellent command of the English language, French and/or German language is an advantage;
• You are willing to travel internationally.
