- Supervise the activities of the Intragroup Accounting team within the Shared Services Department and participate in committees when necessary;
- Supervise and contribute to HR monitoring (workload, leave and replacement) and ensure the development (recruitment and replacements, training, developments and mobility) of your team;
- Manage the performance indicators (KPIs) of Intragroup Accounting and propose corrective actions if necessary;
- Contribute to the definition of continuous improvement initiatives undertaken by the Finance Operational Excellence team (projects, processes) and ensure their implementation at the Intragroup Accounting level;
- Ensure the smooth running of Intragroup Accounting activities carried out by your teams;
- Processing of intragroup invoices and monitoring of associated supplier accounts (provisions, reconciliations and allocations, regular review);
- Intragroup reporting for Group Consolidation and reconciliation with partner entities;
- Intragroup reporting for Taxation: documentation of transfer pricing, intragroup P&L transactions;
- Specific topics: fees, declarations, etc.;
- Production of annual annexes;
- Accounts Receivable: invoice tracking, reconciliations, provisions, aged balance tracking and debt collection, justification and documentation of withholding taxes;
- Validate the main intragroup reports;
- Work closely with operational staff on intragroup issues;
- Participate in the development of the features of the invoicing module and in any project linked to intragroup activity;
- Ensure compliance with key procedures, standards and controls as defined by Internal Finance Control;
- Transmit and ensure the transmission of information concerning intragroup accounting to the relevant contacts (General Accounting, Payment Accounting, etc.).
With higher education in finance/accounting, you have acquired solid skills within an accounting department, ideally in an international environment: mastery of accounting and tax standards and regulations, team management and development, ability to manage projects and support change, good knowledge of SAP, etc. A fluent level of English, both spoken and written, is required for this position.
