The “IS Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) Process owner” role will be custodian of Diageo’s IS JML and PAM processes and driving the transformation agenda of the existing JML/PAM processes, technologies, and standards to ensure they are in line with strategy of simplification, automation, enhancing user experience while same time supporting Diageo’s zero trust philosophy.
This role will work closely with other senior members of IAM team, key business stakeholders including HR, IM&S, Local technology engagement leads.
A trusted advisor to senior leadership in the Digital & Technology function, the successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong influencing and interpersonal skills – to ensure that daily operations are running seamlessly and strategic plans for ISJML and PAM become a reality.
- Own end-to-end high-level design of related products and IS JML and PAM processes
- Represent IAM team on all projects that are linked to IS JML and PAM
- Own IS JML and PAM transformation agenda (including process owner review/approval) and drive them to completion to ensure excellent user experience and seamless execution of processes
- Act as an internal SPoC for all JML related queries, escalations, Service improvements and enhancements that can’t be solved by MSP
- Provide support to Managed Service Provider (MSP) as required during audits, delivery of enhancement agenda, testing coordination
- Act as JML/PAM process related 1st level of escalation point for processes executed by managed service provider
- Act as a custodian of evergreen process flow and documentation

- Develop partnerships with EE leads, Support teams such as ServiceNow, AD, Automation and HR Process Governance teams

- Provide guidance for end-to-end IT JML process definition until roll-out.
- Drive Process Simplification through automation & process maturity
- Provide thought leadership to reduce tool level customization
Process Expertise
- Deep knowledge of IT onboarding/off-boarding process. Wide experience in implementation of process models for different markets
- Deep knowledge of PAM process and understandings risks on global level associated to privileged access management
- Demonstrated expertise designing process solutions in a global enterprise environment.
- Experience in using Saviynt IGA tool is a strong plus
