The IT Delivery Lead will work closely with the IT Director (and peers), supporting projects which can vary in nature from regulatory, technology and strategic projects. Managing transformation is central to this role, solid understanding of the disciplines required to achieve successful transformational outcomes is essential.
The IT Delivery Lead will be a seasoned professional with strong project exposure across multiple industries, disciplines and companies who is ready for a new challenge.
- Project Leading – from hands-on ownership to mentoring, collaborating, advising and providing quality assurance at all levels and stages of a project
- Change Management -understand the impacts change brings to stakeholders and organisations. Leverage your experience to ensure the right communication, planning and training/engagement is in place for successful change.

- Current, Digital & Emerging Technology -comfortable understanding and engaging with technology. Whether designing, developing, and implementing solutions.
- Commercial Management -familiaritywithclient-basedengagements.Puttingtogetherproposals,StatementsofWork,Service Agreements and reviewing the associated legal documents from a business/commercial perspective.
- A 3rd Level Business or IT Qualification
- 5+ Years experience in a Project Lead/Management role
- Good IT Consulting experience
- Strong financial services background
- Proactive, enthusiastic, flexible, and results driven
- Good commercial awareness (creating business proposals, bids etc)
- Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport essential
- Project Management certification a plus
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
