Acro Service Corporation (Acro) is a dynamic and innovative organization seeking a hands-on, seasoned, results-driven Director of IT, reporting to CIO. We are a talent acquisition industry firm with a strong commitment to leveraging technology to drive our business forward. As the Director of IT, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our IT infrastructure, application development, technical support for corporate applications, project delivery, planning, and providing technical leadership to our team.

• IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the maintenance, scalability, and reliability of our IT infrastructure and shared services supporting operations across the world, including servers, networks, telecommunication, shared services etc.
• IT Security and Compliance: Develop and maintain robust IT security solutions, policies and procedures to protect the company’s data and infrastructure. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Application Development: Lead the development and maintenance of custom applications and software solutions to improve efficiency and support business processes.
• ERP Functions: Support and optimize our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Dynamics GP, to develop related application solutions, and enhance data accuracy.
• Project Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on emerging technologies, cybersecurity, and industry best practices. Mentor and coach the IT team for professional growth.
• Resource Management: Manage IT costs, making strategic decisions to allocate resources effectively and efficiently.
• Vendor Relationships: Collaborate with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage third-party services to ensure high-quality IT services.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect company data and assets.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and motivate a talented IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company’s business goals and objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience with as an IT Director or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT security practices, solutions encompassing cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance.
• 10+ years of experience working with and/or managing IT Infrastructure, shared services, and Cyber Security.
• 10+ years of experience in IT management, including project delivery.
• 5+ years working with and managing large offshore technology team.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Strong creative and analytical thinking.
• Experience with developing, implementing, configuring, and testing enterprise systems and/or solutions.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in vendor selection, negotiation, and management.
