Reporting to the Global CIO, this leadership opportunity will partner with numerous stakeholders and business units to continue to build trust in stability and security of the day to day technology function. The Director of IT will be responsible for the overall management of both operational and application development teams for the local region.

• Leading the regional technology division, stakeholders and users in proving effective operational infrastructure and applications to the business
• Execute, partner and be a champion future global shared services initiatives
• Ensure optimised user satisfaction through constant improvement across the operational infrastructure systems and applications
• Manage the security policies and measures to minimise risk
• Manage upgrades, migrations and integrations of software and hardware solutions
• Improve and Enhance disaster recovery and incidence response policies and plans
• Be proactive in implementing business partnering activity which unites technology and the other business units
• Manage the regions IT budget and contribute to critical strategic planning activities that involve technology solutions
• Grow and nurture a high performing team, promote the strategy and vision ensuring employee engagement and alignment with key stakeholders

You are a seasoned technology leader with excellent business partnering capability, have a broad technology understanding wishing to deliver highly impactful and personal IT service relationship to the business.

Coming from a Head of or Director of IT you will have exposure to multi-site organisations who have undertaken transformational programs, ideally having exposure to global environments. You will also have a good understanding and of financial planning and budgeting within IT.

With exceptional communication skills that you leverage in shaping positive working relationships between business units, you are known for championing positive change that showcases trust and reliability while working through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
