IT Delivery Director/ Associate Director, is responsible for the overall IT Service Delivery in the region. He/She is also required to work global IT stakeholders to plan and implement IT infrastructure for multiple sites in the region. The right candidate will possess a combination of very strong technical competencies, strong business acumen, excellent budgeting and planning skills and a proven track record of leading high-performance teams. Attention to detail is critical.

  • Demonstrate management experience of leading IT infrastructure Support teams including managers, team leaders, and individual contributors spread out across multiple locations/ sites.
  • Build and maintain relationships with IT leaders and business executives to develop a clear understanding of business needs, ensuring cost-effective delivery of IT services to meet those needs, and responding with agility to changing business priorities.
  • Deliver performance metrics KPIs and analyze problems and communicating with end users and department managers to assess needs and determine optimum solutions to IT concerns.
  • Work with global IT teams and individual must have a knowledge/experience of what it takes to work with global stakeholders and support global IT infrastructure.
  • Analyze technical needs, requirement of 24x 7 client focused IT infrastructure specifically on global contact center, virtualization, VDI, infrastructure design, integration, and operations
  • Work closely IT Security, Legal and Compliance teams to ensure all security controls are in place and there is no open compliance /regulatory observations.
  • Acquire new software and hardware, negotiating service contracts and building relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Managing IT staff and develop Process to streamline IT operations delivery to business units
  • Work with local business and manage capacity planning of all end users computing devices, networking and hardware servers and proactively submit recommendations or proposals in order to meet business demand.
  • 10+ years of infrastructure technology leadership, 15+ years of IT experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems management, or equivalent experience.
  • Success in leveraging traditional best practices, such as IT service management practices based on ITIL
  • Experience with Infrastructure-Based Processes: Monitoring, Capacity Planning, Facilities Management, Performance Tuning, Asset Management, Disaster Recovery, Data Center support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight periodic reporting deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of current and emerging cloud-based technologies, including how other enterprises are employing them.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic people plan, ensuring that employees are highly engaged and motivated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to the infrastructure team
  • Must have demonstrated ability to resolve conflict, effectively problem solve, make appropriate decisions and ability to mesh well with existing senior management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to develop effective working relationships with business operations and demonstrated customer focus, teamwork skills, and a willingness to share technical and business knowledge with team members
