- Designing and Delivering the Shared Services Vision
- Exercises and executes the legal and statutory duties of the Legal Entity Owner.
- Owns the IT Budget of the Hub and ensures correct cost management in the Hub
- Support the activities of the Hub HR & Facility Management function to ensure an overall wellbeing and satisfaction of employees working in the Hub.
- Providing effective governance
- Ensuring the effectiveness of day-to-day operations
- Driving continual improvement
Work Experience
- At least 5-year experience in a management role of a similar complexity, with a successful track record.
Education
- University degree preferably in a business or technical subject or any comparable education.
Travel Requirement
- Occasional (up to 20%)
