As the Lead – Indirect Procurement Operations, you are responsible for leading the operational backbone of our procurement processes.
- Operations Coordination: Oversee and manage operational procurement processes within our shared services. Ensure the operational shared service stays on track through continuous improvement, SLAs management, and defined KPIs. Coordinate operational tasks and manage internal troubleshooting and ticket handling.
- Process Optimization: Lead the charge in streamlining procurement workflows to ensure efficient and seamless operations that significantly contribute to our bottom line. Drive process efficiency and standardization throughout the entire Source-to-Pay process in collaboration with the Center of Excellence in Procurement.
- S2C Technology Support: Serve as the main point of contact for the support and maintenance of procurement-related technology, ensuring optimal functionality of our procurement tools to support our operations.
- Tool Adoption and Issue Resolution: Play a crucial role in supporting the adoption of our procurement tools and promptly resolving any issues that arise for end-users and the procurement department. Your technical expertise ensures that these tools become valuable assets.
- Procurement Master Data: Maintain the integrity of our procurement master data to ensure accuracy and consistency, which are essential for effective procurement decisions. Ensure the master data is continuously improved to enhance automation and data-based decision-making.
- Supplier Onboarding: Show full ownership of seamless supplier onboarding. Work closely with procurement colleagues to identify suppliers, manage communication and data collection, and set up suppliers in our procurement systems.
- Content Management: Manage content in our S2P platform by identifying relevant category content, working with the procurement team to identify the appropriate buying channel. Additionally, you will be the main point of contact for any content updates, ensuring that our inventory is current and meets our procurement requirements.
- Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with internal teams to improve overall operational efficiency through a cohesive approach and driving synergy across departments.
- With 7+ years of professional experience in Procurement and extensive experience with e-procurement tools (Coupa a/o Sievo preferred), you have cultivated a robust foundation for success in the procurement landscape.
- Your educational background in a related field or equivalent experience sets the stage for your leadership journey in procurement. You have a deep passion for procurement operations and a drive to lead and innovate.
