• Responsibility for the corporate planning processes within the SSD
• Representation of the SSD delivery and service modules with regard to the specifications for structures (e.g. service function groups, units of measure, etc.)
• Responsibility for overarching topics such as cost auditing, unit costs and quantity units at the “entrance gate” of the SSD
• Participation and support of the SSD areas in updating the portfolio and service profiles and ensuring the correct cost allocation in coordination with the contract managers
• Active participation in planning rounds and implementation of deviation analyses and corrections to the forecast
• Implementation of measures to optimize and increase efficiency across the SSD and ensuring the economic viability of these measures
• Development and implementation of projects to optimize processes and procedures
• Coordination of the individual areas in the SSD on other overarching topics, such as order management, benchmarking and capacity planning

• Completed subject-related degree or comparable qualification
• At least six years of professional experience
• Very good knowledge in the area of ​​control and process flows of ICT companies
• Experience in optimization, efficiency and development programs or excellence programs
• Profound theoretical and practical knowledge in the application of new principles, methods and tools
• Excellent organizational knowledge of BWI
• Very good communication skills at management level, ideally also many years of professional management experience
• Outstanding ability to structure and implement complex issues in a results-oriented manner
• Active driving qualities for change processes, very high degree of adaptability, flexibility and strong teamwork skills
