We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are committed to developing Bundeswehr IT in challenging digitization projects and thus want to make a contribution to Germany’s security.

• Responsibility for the implementation of contractually compliant and timely service provision for the development and operation of workflow applications (based on Pega)
• Assumption of end-to-end service management responsibility for the assigned service or the assigned service function groups along the entire lifecycle
• Development of new and improvement of existing processes to increase the efficiency of service provision
• Technical management of a virtual team of e.g. consultants, developers, IT architects and administrators
• Cost responsibility for the assigned service or service function groups including forecasting, controlling and reporting

• Completed studies or comparable training in the field of economics and/or IT
• Approximately 6 years of relevant professional experience in the management of software development or workflow solutions as well as in technical leadership
• Many years of experience in agile project management methodology (PO if applicable) as well as good knowledge of the ITIL framework and experience in implementation
• Very good knowledge of workflow solutions such as PEGA, certification as PEGA Business or System Architect is an advantage
• High teamwork skills and very good communication skills, as well as the ability to make decisions
• High level of communication and teamwork skills as well as decision-making and assertiveness
• Fluent written and spoken German
