The Lead, People Services, NA is responsible for providing leadership to and development of the People Services Data Management function, which supports the centralization of HR Services to the region. This role provides guidance and direction across the region to HR Service Delivery, and Global HR Efficiency and Effectiveness. This role works cross-functionally with Corporate and Sites to optimize service delivery, enhance the employee experience and provide excellent customer service.

  • HR Data Administration duties, which will include tasks related to producing employment contracts , managing personnel files and processing employment changes and terminations in line with payroll deadlines.
  • Data management support across the People Function, including data entry into CORE (Successfactors), data clean up and integrity.
  • Management of organizational charts and HR reporting utilizing SAP and other company systems.
  • Management of leaves, attendance and absence data in UKG or other Time and Attendance System
  • Develop and execute process improvement, innovation and strategic and tactical plans for the HR Services, Data Management function.
  • Lead a team of professionals, ensuring the role is fostering an inclusive high performing team.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder engagement, People team collaboration and change management that supports the centralized support model.
  • Provide hands on leadership to enable execution and communication of programs, as well as support workforce understanding of HR systems and processes.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of requirements related to HR, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance, especially with respect to all applicable federal, state and local labor laws.
  • Acts as a leader and advocate for innovation within HR service delivery
  • Facilitate and support leadership efforts to unify country and regional operations, aiming for a cohesive shared services team as a medium-term objective.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field required with substantial years of progressively responsible experience working in a HRIS related position including technical knowledge of HRIS systems which includes a HRIS implementation and/or migrations required.
  • Extensive HR experience including in a leadership position.
  • Explain the purpose of the work of your team and how it adds value to the business.
  • Encourage your team members to identify critical issues which will affect the work.
  • Listen when issues are raised.
  • Allocate work to your team to contribute to achieving the team goals.
  • Review how team members are performing with their work.
