For our Office Management, we are looking for you as the head of the technical and disciplinary management of the newly created Facilities & Business Services team as soon as possible and on a permanent basis. We look forward to receiving your application!

  • You ensure the efficient organisation and administration of the PD offices and advise the senior management team of the operational units (consulting business)
  • You manage the activities across all locations along the facility management life cycle in accordance with GEFMA 100-2 with a focus on phases 5 (space leasing) and 6 (operational & usage phase) and ensure building and operational safety as well as occupational health and safety
  • You initiate and manage internal company improvement projects in the area of ​​building management/facility management, involving and taking on board relevant stakeholders
  • You plan and are responsible for the budget of the Corporate Function
  • As a leader with a hands-on mentality, you are responsible for the operational and strategic design of the unit and its standards, in particular
    • Building the team from some of the existing assistants including structural setup and definition of service standards
    • Planning, controlling and optimizing the FM organization as well as further development of FM standards and key performance indicators
    • Development and implementation of site-specific, cross-process analyses, strategies and concepts, e.g. emergency and crisis management and life cycle management
    • Further development of digital tools for coordinating FM processes

For this varied position you have:

  • a completed degree in facility management, business administration or a comparable subject
  • several years of professional experience in a management position in facility management, preferably in a consulting environment with distributed locations
  • in-depth knowledge in the area of ​​the perception and delegation of operator obligations, GEFMA 190 “Operator Responsibility” and the regulations in technical building management
  • Strong communication skills as well as a solution-oriented and structured way of working
  • Enjoyment in sharing your ideas and experiences, an understanding of internal service and a high level of service orientation
  • As an enthusiastic and experienced manager, you take your team along, motivate them and promote their development
  • Very good knowledge of common MS Office programs and a strong affinity for digital tools and software
  • Regular travel to the PD locations
