The Legal Head will serve as the company’s chief legal officer and head of the legal department. He/She will be responsible for the legal affairs of the corporation, covering both corporate governance and compliance programs and other legal requirements of the company.
He/she is seen to provide strategic direction on major legal and regulatory issues the company may face. Given that legal is a shared service, he/she shall oversee the delivery of legal services and resources.
- Proven background in power and infrastructure sectors, labor law, and litigation.
- Strong networking abilities with established and beneficial contacts for the company.
- Non-Negotiable: Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience in the power industry, utilities, or water sectors is preferred but not mandatory.
