ENGIE GBS is recruiting a Management Controller (M/F) – Position based in Courbevoie 

Business Partner of a GBS Business Support:

• Carry out monthly closing operations on a France and Belgium scope
• Preparation and consolidation of cross-functional analyzes (BE, Opex monitoring, etc.) in conjunction with operational staff
• Preparation of BS Business reviews: consolidation and presentation of results
• Construct, analyze and report the budget and quarterly re-forecasts in the Group’s tools
• Respond to ad hoc requests: one-off analyzes of project profitability, pricing of new offers, etc.
• Propose areas for improvement and optimization to guarantee the long-term profitability of the activity
• International scope: Support for local operational staff on their fencing operations, PAMT, etc.

Coordination of internal control and risks of Business Support:

• Ensure that the main risks of dysfunction of the entity are identified and that the processes to control them are in place,
• Ensure the link during internal or external audits

Support to the management controller in charge of management companies (ManCo France and Belgium)

Others :

• May be required to work on transversal Finance transformation projects within GBS and/or with the rest of the Group (as a contributor or project manager)
• Ability to interact in a structured and complex environment

• At least 7 years of experience in management control;
• A fluent level of English is essential, Spanish would be a plus;
• Good interpersonal skills, good listening skills and a taste for teamwork;
• Spirit of synthesis, responsiveness and ability to challenge/propose actions;
• Strong taste for analyzing figures and good capacity for analysis and restitution;
• Comfortable with IT tools, particularly SAP
