Engagement & Reporting is a key senior role within the Operational Performance team that delivers decision support across the stakeholder group. It is responsible for strategically planning and executing the delivery of high quality data, reporting and analytical services to key University decision makers.

• Working & collaborating with senior stakeholders to define and plan their data and information requirements, and to assist in creating organisation wide reporting and decision making rhythms that meet strategic and operational objectives;
• Managing the subsequent delivery of data and reporting outcomes to support these agreed requirements;
• Driving team performance whilst building business acumen and data expertise, cross skilling and knowledge transfer across the team;
• Influencing the sequencing, content and delivery approach of the various data delivery projects being undertaken by the University and its partners;
• Managing the organisation’s data engagement function with the aim of increasing the uptake of centralised data, increasing the level of data literacy amongst the stakeholder groups and driving standardisation of metrics and reporting.
