• Oversee Grant Payable to ensure seamless payment to Grant recipients
• Oversee Accounts Payable and ensure timeliness and accuracy in invoice/ payment processing
• Review and ensure timeliness of month-end closing and reconciliation
• Manage outsourced Shared Service
• Implement IT systems as required
• Ensure all postings and workflows are in compliance to AIC Policies and Procedures
• Address and resolve queries from divisions and external parties
• Lead and manage new AP/ Grants project initiatives with design of sound control and governance framework
• Review and develop workflows, improve existing process and procedures for proper governance and efficiency
• Lead, coach and mentor team members
• Assist and support to provide required information and reports for audit activities
• Support ad-hoc projects or duties

• Degree in business or accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience with 2 years in supervisory capacity
• Prior experience in handling accounts payable in large organization
• Good knowledge and understanding of systems’ process flow
• Experience in using ERP and/ or SAP is advantageous
