As a manager of SSC, you guide your team members in their daily work and stimulate their professional and personal development. Through your coaching skills, you let your employees grow and in doing so, you also bring the department to a higher level.
- Booking, checking, processing, changing, tax returns such as payroll tax, VAT and CBS; the ins and outs of financial administration hold no secrets for you!
- Together with the teams, you ensure a (balanced) financial administration and are accountable for this internally and externally. The same applies to keeping accounts receivable administration manageable.
- Monitoring the incoming cash flow is key. Cash is King!In addition to your final responsibility for the above, another important task in this position is financial reporting .
- Various reports are drawn up by you (and your team). As a sparring partner of the Business Controller, you work closely together when it comes to analyzing the reports and interpreting the figures.
- Your portfolio also includes the management of group insurances and pensions.
- You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or university education (WO) in a financial direction/HBO/WO work and thinking level;
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. So your professional knowledge is good;
- You are a people-oriented manager who focuses on personal responsibility and accountability. Businesslike, results-oriented and also a connector.
- You have a proactive attitude and a positive mindset. You take control of your own life and you always look for opportunities and possibilities;
- You have experience in further developing a Financial department/Shared Service Center and have the perseverance to continue to improve the SSC.
- You enjoy working together and find it easy, and you can interact with your colleagues at different levels;
- Working under time pressure is no problem for you. You remain accurate and objective;
- You have good oral and written communication skills, in both Dutch and English. You are able to clearly convey your message in a constructive manner;
- With Microsoft Excel and Outlook you can more than handle well and you will gain knowledge of ERP systems. We work with AX;
- Sound knowledge of Insurance/Pensions.
