Reporting directly to the Director, Finance Shared Services Accounting, the Manager, Finance Shared Services Accounting will lead an accounting team with responsibility for the timely and accurate processing of all accounting processes within the shared services team. The Manager will support the Director by providing strategic and business leadership to the system wide Finance and Accounting Shared Services teams for Baptist Health South Florida.

Degrees: Bachelors Additional Qualifications: Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related business discipline. Masters degree preferred. Good analytical, communication and organizational skills. Strong budget and analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer/hospital business needs and translate them into operational requirements. Comfortable in a team environment with changing priorities and time pressure.
