Beekenkamp Group is in a professionalization phase, in which you will play a key role as the new Manager Group Control. You report directly to the CFO and are responsible for setting up the Finance function at holding level, as well as integrating and managing the shared service center.

You support him with important projects such as the ERP implementation, KPI professionalization, and various financial issues. Your input is essential for strategic decision-making and for further optimizing the organizational structure and operation.

You will manage all financial processes (four business units) and be responsible for the consolidated reporting of the group. In addition, you will coordinate the Business Unit Controllers who report to you. For specific countries and functional areas, you will opt for decentralization to ensure local compliance and effectiveness.   • A completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accountancy.
  • RA title is a prerequisite.
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar position within an international environment.
  • You have a strong ability to create structure and order in complex processes and deliverables, which ensures more efficient workflows and clear reporting.
  • You have a practical approach and actively turn the knobs to implement improvements and achieve results. You combine strategic thinking with the willingness to dive into the details when necessary, and ensure that plans are executed effectively.
  • You have strong analytical skills and can quickly understand complex problems. You come up with creative and pragmatic solutions to financial and operational challenges.
  • Leadership skills and experience in managing and motivating employees. You can delegate tasks effectively and support your team in their professional growth.
  • Extensive experience in taxation, legislation, policy and implementation.
  • Knowledge and experience with change processes and improvement projects.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
