Support the Deputy Director, HR Shared Service to provide centralized shared services to internal stakeholders in a timely, accurate and effective manner. The Manager will also drive process efficiency leveraging on automation and technology in order to cater future business requirements when necessary.

  • Supervise junior staff in providing end-to-end employee life cycles’ support from onboarding to offboarding including but not limited to onboarding / offboarding formalities preparation, contract administration, maintenance of staff profiles, leave administration, etc.;
  • Oversee full spectrum of HR operations such as payroll processing, taxation, pension scheme administration, work injury reporting and a wide range of employees’ benefit administration; Work closely with HRBP to ensure the HR operations are smoothly delivered with high service quality;
  • Assist the Deputy Director, HR Shared Services in managing annual budget exercise and compiling budget reports for management review;
  • Act as a change agent and help to drive HR operation efficiency through streamlining and automating HR processes/workflows;
  • Establish and review Payroll SOP and other HR policies and procedures in order to improve and maintain accuracy, consistency and efficiency as well as high standard of governance of HR practices;
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors in managing all HR Systems’ related enhancement initiatives/projects; and
  • Perform any ad hoc duty or projects when necessary.
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines;
  • At least 8-10 years’ HR experience focusing on all-rounded HR shared services operation, payroll and benefit administration in a sizeable company;
  • Solid experience in handling sizeable payroll, taxation and benefits administration; Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and other related regulations;
  • Experience in implementing HRMS transformation project is preferable;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficient in Putonghua is an advantage;
  • Have good stakeholder management skills and be customer-centric;
  • Possess positive attitude, can-do spirit with good business acumen;
  • Have good problem solving and analytical skills;
  • Self initiative, proactive and independent;
  • Be open-minded, flexible and result-oriented;
  • Meticulous, well-organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment;
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Management Systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, BIPO).
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Manager, HR Shared Services
