The Manager of HR Shared Services at Sapura Energy Berhad will oversee the HR shared services team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of HR services across the organization. This role is responsible for managing HR operations, improving HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and enhancing the employee experience through excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR operations, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

HR Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, employee records management, and HR systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of all HR transactions and services.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR operations.

Service Delivery and Improvement:

  • Lead the HR shared services team to deliver high-quality HR services to employees and managers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the HR shared services function, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee satisfaction.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR processes and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage HR-related risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

HR Technology and Systems:

  • Oversee the management and optimization of HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Ensure data integrity and security within HR systems.
  • Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to implement and upgrade HR technology solutions.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on HR operations, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Support decision-making by providing accurate and timely HR data and insights.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR shared services team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and development opportunities to team members.
  • Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and HR technology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
