Alfa Laval India is looking for a position of Manager – Human Resources Shared Services, IMEA

• Lead and develop the HR Service Center organization and team.
• Supervise and control the activities of the HR service center and optimize its efficiency
• Drive harmonization of HR ways-of-working across teams and local sites, streamlining the processes ensuring an efficient and effective total HR delivery. Deliver global HR processes with local adaptation based on legal requirements only utilizing the global tools in an optimal way
• Drive and support country-level harmonization of policies and agreements to ensure effective and fair local treatment in collaboration with the HR Country Managers
• Provide day to day information and support related to the employment and the agreed HR processes through easy accessible existing tools and direct support to employees

• 12-15 years of experience, presently heading a Shared Service function with exposure across multiple regions and diverse nationalities.
• MBA in HR.
• Proficient in stakeholder and conflict management.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt.
• Capable of challenging existing norms and procedures.
