- Project Management: Lead and manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Drive alignment across the global and country level project plans
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to communicate project status, risks, and benefits effectively.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide matrix project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively managing project risks, issues and dependencies through action plan development in consultation with the broader program leadership.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare comprehensive project reports, documentation, and presentations for various stakeholders. Own and maintain documentation including, the program plan, RAID log, resource plan and program status reports
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 10-13 years of project management experience with a focus on finance transformation projects.
- Finance Shared Services: Knowledge and experience in finance shared services.
- Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Top-Tier Company Experience: Demonstrated experience working with top-tier companies.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Matrix Organization: Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, managing cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and software. Experience of the core Microsoft Office packages is essential
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4 HANA: Experience in managing projects involving SAP S/4 HANA.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the finance industry and its regulatory environment.
- Global Experience: Experience of working across cultures and countries and a working knowledge of communication/ engagement styles
