As Manager Shared Service Center you are the linchpin in the financial management of our 65 own operating parks and the overhead administration. You will work from our office in Zwolle and manage a diverse team of 21 administrators, seniors and specialists, spread across locations in the Netherlands, Germany (Trier) and Denmark (Varde).

• Leadership: You manage and develop a team of 21 professionals, including administrators, seniors and specialists, and ensure a positive and productive working environment.
• Coordinate: You are responsible for the accurate, complete and timely monthly closing of our parks and overhead administration, making analyses and reporting details to the Financial and Business Control departments.
• Change management: You implement and stimulate change management within the Shared Service Center (SSC) to guarantee qualitative and efficient processes, both within your own team and in collaboration with other teams within the SSC.
• Stakeholder Management: You regularly coordinate with Operations and budget holders on financial matters and current events, report directly to the Head of SSC and ensure smooth cooperation with other departments.

• A completed HBO or WO education in Accountancy or a similar field.
• At least 5-10 years of relevant work experience in a managerial role within financial administration or accounting.
• Demonstrable experience with change management and improving financial processes within an SSC.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in both Dutch and English.
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
• A proactive and results-oriented attitude with excellent people and change management skills.
• Pré: knowledge of IFRS.
