Our Human Resources professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work with the business to drive success in the marketplace.
The successful candidate will be a team leader of the Shared Service Centre team for HK & Macau offices Human Resources Department. You will work closely with Centre of Excellence team and Shared Service Centre Team (based in ML) as well as Regional HR Leader and HRBP team (based in HK) to support and facilitate implementation of the Firm’s processes and initiatives in areas of compensation, benefits and HRIS within the region.
- Lead Shared Service Centre team and work closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition on the employee-cycle support, compensation & benefit management, regulations & compliance assurance, employee relations, data management and any other HR-related issues
- Review and re-engine the internal process and workflow. Lead to simplify local processes and to migrate standardized workflow to Global Delivery Center in China
- Support and facilitate the implementation of the Firm’s overall HR strategy and initiatives for HK & Macau offices
- Coordinate with local service providers, monitor service levels and review performance periodically
- Establish relationship and build alliance with other internal functions to support HR transformation and operation
- Interact with other cooperate functions on regular basis to ensure the smooth flow of information pertaining to all talent related matters
- Participate in or lead National and Regional Projects
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Science or related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in all-rounded Human Resources functions, with focus in the HR operations area, gained from sizable multinational companies, regional exposure would be an advantage
- Knowledge of the latest and innovative HR practices in the market and the ability to apply the knowledge
- Embraces change and able to effectively address new challenges through making practical decisions and proposals
- Sound interpersonal skills with proven track record of communicating effectively with people at different levels
- A high degree of maturity and self-motivation
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and to mobilize the team to achieve quality results
- Good command of both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a definite advantage
