Develop, design and build an efficient, robust HRIS. Generate reports, MIS and Dashboards. To Identify the need and scope of an effective HRIS in a large, multi-location growing organisation

• Ensuring automation of End to End Employee Life Cycle – Hire to Retire
• Responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s HRIS.
• Responsible for employee database management, records & P-files.
• Manage onboarding, BGC and other HR Operations.
• Weekly meetings with Vendors to ensure 100% process compliance.
• Develop accurate system of monitoring employee personal records across locations.
• Developing internal audit framework and represent organisation in external audits.
• Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports, MIS and Dashboards.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Masters degree (Specialization in HR preferred)
• Minimum 8 yrs. of relevant experience in HR shared services
• Strong experience in HRIS implementation, database/project management & automation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of HR processes and data in order to ensure correct implementation.
• Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, functions and processes, and experience with database tools.
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and report writing applications.
• Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce a solution that will work for all employees.
