In this responsible leadership and management position, you are responsible for ensuring and providing group-internal services of the Lower Austrian LGA and the companies in your corporate group in the following service areas in accordance with the requirements of the Lower Austrian LGA Act.
- Development of nationwide compatible system implementations and adaptations
- Implementation of the performance and financing agreement
- Ensuring a nationwide coordinated and largely uniform implementation of the legal framework and agency requirements
- Participation in the planning and implementation of agency projects
- Reporting to the Board of Directors and the specialist departments
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Handling of delegated matters according to the assignment agreement
- Guaranteeing and managing the services for which we are responsible; ensuring a coordinated approach across the country and assuming responsibility within our own sphere of influence
- Ensuring professional and appreciative cooperation with other institutions, areas and regions of the agency
- Ensuring effective facility management for the safe and sustainable technical operation of the facilities operated by LGA in the regions
- Overall responsibility for the strategic management and optimization of central procurement of goods, medical technology and services
- Ensuring and further developing warehousing and logistics management for crisis-proof supply of the NÖ LGA facilities for the areas of pharmacy & materials management as well as sterile goods processing
