Lead the systems processes and implementation of innovative technological solutions to accompany the digital transformation agenda of the business with a focus on the commercial area and thereby generate competitive advantages, maintaining the standards defined by the corporate
- Assist with the integration of moderately complex processes to ensure processes and systems support and meet business needs.
- Evaluate current processes and systems to identify areas of opportunity and suggest how to improve current practices acting as a technical expert.
- Provide support in the deployment and implementation of Digital projects.
- Responsible for coordinating the necessary support of local platforms and solutions within business functions.
- Link business/market trends with the impacts of technology on the business, communicating the impacts.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of ongoing projects within the business unit.
- Work closely with regional leaders on technology strategy to prioritize investments in support of business needs.
- Work closely with Shared Services and AMS to ensure business continuity.
- Provide formal and informal project status and communications, driving communications up, down, and across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Computing or related career
- Ability to support projects across the MDLZ by identifying potential solutions.
- 10+ years of work experience in IT and business/industry.
- Experience developing, communicating and maintaining strategic plans.
- Working knowledge of agile or waterfall methodology and a deep understanding of phased approaches to the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technology/development and business partners.
- Ability to independently influence others to achieve goals.
- Management of ambiguity, risk and uncertainty.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset.
