CLA is seeking a National Leader, The Spoke (Shared Services Center) that oversees the strategic direction, operational excellence, and growth of the Spoke, a Global Business Service.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the national strategy for the Spoke, aligning with the firm’s overall goals and objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Spoke, maintaining high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of delivery professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of the Spoke, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation in service delivery, leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, managing risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- 10 years of relevant experience is required.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Operational knowledge and understanding of Global Business Service preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
