Objective: To lead the P2P function by engaging all internal & external stakeholders and ensuring implementation of all the process related to the function. This will also require team handling and development of the people capability for future growth.
- Leading the P2P function, driving key business Matrix relating to the P2P function, Governance & Compliance, DPO, End to End Accountability
- Have a good knowledge of the centralization of scanning process for payment on time, implementing vendor portal, contract management systems and transport management system
- Having a good knowledge of the entire gamut of operations pertaining to Freight Management, employee Reimbursement, banking, Invoice Processing for Local, Strategic, Marketing vendors
- Worked towards centralization of the Supplier financing program for the key vendors
- Automation of P2P processes
- Having a good or some knowledge on the RPA, chatbots or any other digitalisation method related to the invoice processing
- Handling various audit like Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, CAD Audit etc
- To develop SOP on various processed followed with regard to accounts payable
- 13-14 Years of relevant experience in FMCG, beverage, Telecom, banking industries.
- Experience in Integrated Services environment will be an added advantage.
- Should have strong hands on experience in Financial Accounting,\
- Expert in using MS-Excel and interpreting data and preparing reports
- Good in ERP systems -preferably in SAP
- Ability to manage payment cycle of more than 8000 cr.
- Knowledge of USGAAP and Sox
- Working knowledge of GST
