About The Client
A global MNC.
- Lead the development and upkeep of SLAs and charging mechanisms, maintaining regular engagement with Business Unit stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Establish consistent reporting (monthly and ad-hoc) and ensure all outputs meet SSC and Business Unit requirements.
- Monitor service delivery, addressing failed SLAs promptly, and ensure timely, accurate reporting, including Power BI maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement, manage team performance, and support team morale, motivation, and career growth.
- Allocate resources effectively, balance workloads, and lead stakeholder governance meetings.
- Oversee shared services activities like service catalogues, SOPs, customer surveys, and ServiceNow management
- Qualifications: Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, or professional certifications (ACCA, CPA).
- Experience: 5-7 years in relevant roles, with 2+ years in a supervisory role; Shared Services and large organization experience preferred.
- Skills: Expertise in SLA management, contracts, reporting, and business process improvement.
- Technical Proficiency: SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English.
- Competencies: Strong team leadership, negotiation, commercial acumen, and relationship management abilities.
- Able to work in Johor. (MUST HAVE)
