Role: Onboarding Lead- HR Shared Services.

Note: Diversity Hiring, Female employees will be preferred.

Fujitsu is looking for a talented professional to lead their India onboarding and induction team. The candidate will be part of the HR Shared Services function supporting process around employee life cycle. As an HRSS Consultant you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new employees joining the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to lead, design, implement, and continuously improve the onboarding and induction programs.

*This is not an HRBP role*

  • Manage and lead the India onboarding and induction team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services within set SLAs/KPIs.
  • Drive process excellence initiatives by identifying the gaps, leveraging best practices and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the new hire experience.
  • Oversee business-as-usual activities related to the processes and stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure alignment with HR service delivery.
  • Document processes, manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and onboarding policy documents to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze process areas, present useful metrics to leaders, and drive decision-making.
  • Lead process transitions, including knowledge transfer and training, to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Champion automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and increase process efficiency.
  • Utilize systems like SuccessFactors to enhance HR service delivery and streamline processes.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR shared services, with a focus on process excellence, transitions, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, Proficiency in automation tools and technologies, with a track record of implementing automation solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through collaboration and innovation.
  • Must have experience in HRMS systems such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or PeopleSoft.
