Ascension Search Partners has been engaged by a global hospitality company in their search for an Operations Controller.
Leading within a shared services environment, this role is a blend of finance and operations and will be overseeing a team of accountants responsible for client accounting. As well as ensuring technically sound financials, the Operations Controller will be a key point person for the client communication and relationship management.
The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years relevant experience within the hospitality industry. Big 4 Managers who are looking to transition into industry are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated process management/improvement experience required, as well as a strong client service mentality.
