We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to spearhead our organizational initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will have a direct impact on the company’s success by managing daily operations, ensuring financial growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. - Lead the organization by establishing strategic objectives and guiding teams to achieve operational and financial targets.
- Oversee the financial performance of the business, including accounts receivable, cash flow management, and overall profitability.
- Manage and mentor teams across various functions, including emergency services, restoration, sales, and operations.
- Recruit, train, and inspire team members to maximize productivity, retention, and professional development.
- Facilitate integration efforts for shared services such as accounting, client care, and operations, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on sales and business development to reach growth objectives.
- Work with the finance team to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring service quality and liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting, training, and managing teams of 5-50 employees.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams across various layers of an organization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and a foundational understanding of accounting and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to foster effective interpersonal relations.
- Experience in the restoration industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
