Rapidly growing Contact Center in Costa Rica looking for an experienced Operations HR Director.
This role would be responsible for overseeing operations, employee relations, performance management, HR policies, and labor and employment law practices,ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, assessing staffing needs, and developing compensation plans.
- Experience overseen an organization with over 1000 employees
- Strong understanding of Human Resources policies and practices
- Ability to provide strategic support, guidance, and counsel to senior management, managers and employees on all human resources matters
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Operations leadership roles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Experience in Contact Center or Shared Services Center
- English proficency of CEFR C1
