Collaborating with the GBS team and continuously monitoring internal structures and processes, identifying opportunities to maximize the potential of the organization structure, increase accuracy and efficiency among operations performed and leading and control the Integrations of areas and Business.
- CI.- Define and manage a team of operation excellence professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities. Implementing CI culture in all the group. Demonstrated success in leading/facilitating a Continuous Improvement transformation.
- Integrations. – Development of PMO Staff and provide direction, guidance, and strong leadership in the company integration of new areas or Business inside GBS, Including a integration methodology follow up and savings commitment control.
- RPA.- Lead the CoE for RPA, Including the Robotics process automation culture implementation, achieving hard cost savings according with commitment and implementing efficiencies in all the company. Define the core model and operation rules for the Center of Excellence.
- FP&A.- Control and review the Budget and Billing Process over the entities inside the GBS, including Develops cost allocation models that comply with Transfer Pricing studies and leads Service fee and costs invoicing, assure the correct Budget control, drive accurate, complete, and timely cost reporting, protecting, and managing.
- AI & BI.- Develop, identify, and qualify new business development opportunities through strategic prospecting and planning using Alteryx tools, including the implementation of dashboard and the integration of the Business Intelligence in the CoE for Americas. Hard cost savings and innovation in the process DOP.
- IT.- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of our computer systems and network ensuring 24/7 operation of systems and when problems arise, effecting quick and permanent solutions, regularly analyze and review logs to determine if problems are imminent and develop solutions before, they occur, Control the adequate technical support for both hardware and software.
- FCC.- Define the customer experience strategy promoting a customer-centric culture in the organization, Develop and guide operations to provide efficient and quality service to internal and external stakeholders, Plan and execute the executive operations committee to monitor the evolution of indicators, measure processes and customer experience and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
- Legal & Compliance. – Act as a legal representative for the company, proactively set and execute legal strategies anticipating and addressing changes in laws, regulations and business environment to the advantage and benefit, Lead the internal compliance team in order to secure the internal controls according with the company policies.
- 10 years of experience in Finance, GBS or Shared Services environment.
- Hands on experience on RPA tools as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate is a plus.
- 2 years of Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
- Master Degree is a plus (MBA)
- Continues Improvement Certificate – Master Black Belt, Scrum.
- UiPath RPA Developer certifications preferred but not required (training can be provided).
- Experience with Agile development methodology.
- Project Manager certificate – PMO project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and able to take initiative without always being directed.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
