- Team Leadership and Development
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in finance management, with a focus on Receivables, Order to Cash, and Record to Report processes.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
- Expertise in financial systems, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
