We are now looking for you who can help us further develop the district’s shared services and be the head of a department that delivers modern and efficient administrative services.
- Overall management of the department, lead managers
- Ensure the district’s strategic planning work and systems for business management
- Be a driving force for the district’s leadership and organizational development to contribute to the further development of a sustainable organisation
- Be a driving force for the district’s innovation and development work, including digitalisation
- Ensure that shared services are in line with the needs of the service areas
- Make arrangements for the district to work data-driven and knowledge-based
- The district director’s deputy in meetings, committees, negotiations and discussions
Qualifications
- Higher education, preferably at master’s level, preferably in the field of organization and management, innovation and development etc.
- Management experience from senior management groups is an advantage
- Managerial experience from the department’s areas of responsibility
- Strategic understanding of the development and transformation of the district’s service areas
- Documented results from change and innovation work, including digitalisation
- Experience from politically controlled business
- Good communication skills in Norwegian, both orally and in writing
