• Continue to enhance existing governance model and follow the standard approach across territories with no exceptions i.e., L1 and L2 meetings with CAOs and Process SPOCs. Participate in creation of target operating model including governance. Create accounting community per tower with GBPO and Accounting Executions Team to talk about global standards (to promote standards) and follow up how they are implemented on territories and discuss the blocking points – GBPOs + Accounting Execution Team – CAO, PM’s, TABP – Other functions (GSC/IP). 100% Integration of proposed KPIs per tower (selection) in existing Governance meetings
• Build a strong governance for O2C. Enable accurate accounting and service delivery with highest level of quality and timely ensuring compliance, approval verification and quality control review. Ensure all accounting policies and controls are implemented to enable highest level of accounting standards being followed in service delivery. Standardize processes to achieve and exceed stated objectives.
• Delivery Management: Engineer and build effective and efficient process models by defining improvement areas, identifying the right internal controls and implementation methodologies. Identify areas of process improvements, digital intervention and implement in your towers. Work with Senior Leadership and drive optimization projects. Be responsible for compliance to organization process, statutory regulations and drive relevant outcomes. Strategize Knowledge retention processes and help build a knowledge bank, curated training material for delivery teams
• Digital and Automation projects: Identify areas of automation, strategize, work with the relevant teams to implement digital transformation projects. Build Business case and ROI models for digital transformation.
• Tower Profitability: Drive Tower level Profitability by ensuring effective cost management. Define and drive organizational metrics such as Cost per Transaction, Volumes per person etc.

• Leadership skills. Ability to influence and motivate team with a positive energy
• Hands-on experience in overall finance and accounts, with understanding on accounting principles, reporting requirements, key controls and risks of the process. set. Ability to set up, streamline processes/procedures and improve the same. Experience in handling team size of 50 and above. Working knowledge on Financial ERP.

QUALIFICATION
B.Com (strong in accounting), Qualified CA/CWA (preference) or MBA from premier institute
Relevant experience of 11-16 years in a Shared Service Center
